01Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using Node Composer, users agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If users do not agree with these Terms, they must not use the software.

02Product Description

Node Composer is a desktop software application for AI-assisted creative workflows. The software allows users to connect third-party AI providers using their own API credentials.

Node Composer does not:

  • provide proprietary AI models;
  • host inference services;
  • resell AI credits;
  • guarantee the availability of third-party AI providers.

03License Grant

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Node Composer.

Each license includes:

  • one (1) seat per subscription;
  • one active device authorization unless otherwise specified.

04Restrictions

Users may not:

  • resell the software;
  • redistribute license keys;
  • share subscriptions;
  • reverse engineer the software;
  • bypass licensing systems;
  • modify or attempt to extract source code;
  • use Node Composer for unlawful activities.

05Third-Party AI Services

Users are solely responsible for:

  • their API keys;
  • third-party AI provider accounts;
  • usage costs;
  • generated content;
  • compliance with third-party provider policies.

Node Composer is not responsible for:

  • generated outputs;
  • copyright disputes;
  • AI inaccuracies;
  • illegal or infringing content;
  • misuse of generated media.

Users assume full responsibility for all content created, generated, distributed, or published using the software.

06Subscription Access

Node Composer is offered through recurring subscription plans. Plans may include:

  • monthly subscriptions;
  • annual subscriptions;
  • free trial periods.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal. Users may cancel subscriptions during the trial period to avoid charges.

07Licensing Validation

The software may periodically validate:

  • subscription status;
  • device activation;
  • license validity.

Failure to validate an active subscription may temporarily limit software access.

08Merchant of Record

Polar acts as Merchant of Record for Node Composer purchases. Polar manages:

  • payment processing;
  • VAT collection;
  • international tax compliance;
  • billing communication.

By purchasing Node Composer, users also agree to Polar’s applicable terms and policies.

09Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of:

  • software services;
  • licensing systems;
  • backend infrastructure;
  • third-party AI integrations.

Temporary interruptions, maintenance, or outages may occur.

10Limitation of Liability

Node Composer is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Node Composer disclaims all warranties.

We are not liable for:

  • loss of data;
  • business interruption;
  • third-party AI provider failures;
  • generated content;
  • copyright disputes;
  • indirect or consequential damages.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases including:

  • fraud;
  • abuse;
  • chargebacks;
  • violation of these Terms.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Belluno, Italy.
